great stay on the palm
convenient location professional staff adult pool quick access
the hotel location allowed quick access to several key areas. i could walk to aura skypool very easily. the staff impressed me with consistent professionalism. the adult only pool was a nice benefit.

The hotel is near the nakheel mall. It is directly across the road and offers convenient shopping. the palm jumeirah mall is a short walk and has many shops and dining options. Taxis are readily available for travel.

The housekeeping staff met all requests. Our room stayed very clean throughout my stay. the front desk staff were helpful. Ahmed at the front desk provided a smooth check in and upgraded my room for a special occasion. A cake was brought in the room.

Mixed experience. Some issues noted
overcrowded pool area scattered belongings
the room cleaning was acceptable and maintained a basic level of tidiness .
the pool area was a significant drawback. it was overcrowded with residents not affiliated with the hotel. children and nannies occupied most of the space, with belongings scattered around the pathways and toilet entrances.

underwhelming experience
obstructed view missed service
the hotel looked elegant initially the room felt smaller than expected considering the price i paid. the promised view was partially obstructed. breakfast felt repetitive and lacked variety. the main pool was overcrowded with limited seating i found it difficult to relax. house keeping missed a day

service issues detracted from the stay
inconsistent service smokey room
i encountered a couple of issues . my room wasn't serviced daily unless i specifically requested it. this was inconvenient. also, the room had a noticeable smell of smoke, i found it quite unpleasant as a non-smoker.
